With a protective reef sheltering you from the deep ocean, even the beginner snorkeler will be mesmerised by the great variety of underwater life to be seen at nearby Cape Vidal while Sodwana is a favourite dive spot of divers.

CAPE VIDAL
Day excursions to this pristine beach with snorkeling and fishing opportunities are always popular. Soak up the sun while relaxing on the stretches of sand or keep your cool in the waves. Renowned for its sport fishing and snorkelling, this scenic coastal camp is situated on the north of the Eastern Shores area of the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park. There is a relatively safe area for swimming, wildlife, especially birds, is abundant and self-guided trails enable visitors to see some of the surrounding wetlands and Lake Bhangazi.

SODWANA
Renowned for its sport fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling, Sodwana is situated on the coast within the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park, South Africa`s first World Heritage Site. The reserve lies adjacent to Africa’s southern-most coral reefs.
